Granola has three plans: Basic at $0, Business at $14 and Enterprise at $35, each per user per month. The Basic plan keeps 30 days of meeting history, and that limit is usually what decides it.

What's on Basic?
AI meeting notes, bot-free capture from your device audio, chat within and across meetings, shared folders, templates and voice typing. It runs on desktop, iOS, Android and Apple Watch.
What does Business add?
Unlimited notes and history, pre-meeting briefs, follow-up emails, advanced AI models, an API, MCP, and integrations with Attio, Notion, HubSpot, Affinity and Zapier.
What does Enterprise add?
Single sign-on, admin controls, usage analytics, org-wide auto-deletion, and opting your whole team out of model training.
Does Granola join your calls?
No. It captures your device's audio, so no bot shows up in the meeting. That also means nobody on the call knows unless you tell them, so check the recording consent rules where you and they are.
